Simple Practices that Lead to Wealth
I recently had a conversation with someone who was trying to pay off student loans and credit cards, while still trying to lead a normal life. His comment was “whenever I talk about going on a budget, everyone in my family gets upset and calls me a cheapskate”.
Since it’s coming up on Mother’s Day, I thought I would tell the story of my Mom, who gave me life and so much more. I’ve never posted about my family before, because I respect their privacy. But, my Mom’s story is so inspirational that I just had to share it with you.
I have been posting for years about the deceptive practices of the credit card industry. I have strong personal feelings against the abuse of consumers and the credit card industry has consistently been one of the most abusive.
There is a small but growing revolution in America right now. Taxpayers are becoming fed up with the Government’s constant cycle of waste, deficit spending and raising taxes.
I have had my fair share of good and bad luck. And, this has definitely affected my finances in a substantial way. So, I thought I would dedicate a post to luck and it’s effect on our finances.
