		<description>You are so right, Bret.  We live in a capitalist society and caveat emptor rules the day.  Junk fees should always be challenged.  I enjoy questioning mortgage brokers, the phone company and other vendors who love to tack on these stupid fees.  Sometimes it&#039;s priceless listening to them tap dance their way around the explanation!  lol
