		<description>I feel the same way.  When I see my friends buy big TVs, ATVs, $45K trucks at 27yrs old, $180K houses (nice house in Houston area), etc I worry about them.  They may be able to &quot;afford&quot; it now, but if they lost their job tomorrow they could no longer afford to pay the rent on that borrowed lifestlye.  They have traded financial success for the symbols of financial success.</description>
